The hall was developed for InPost logistics operator. The facility has 7,400 sq. m of the usable area, including nearly 1,000 sq. m of office spaces.<\/p>\n

The building has been BREAAM certified at the Excellent level and it is located in the Central European Logistics Hub in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. The completed facility has eight courier shelters and 10 loading docks, and is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. 30% of the site constitutes biologically active area. A floral meadow with habitat and nesting sites \u2013 insect boxes \u2013 has been envisaged in the entrance area. In addition, landscape lawns with solitary trees and shrubs, and a leisure zone have been designed. The energy used to operate the building will be partly derived from renewable sources. The site has been equipped with photovoltaic panels of approximately 250 sq. m.
