Located in the heart of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, the facility has over 25,000 square metres of modern industrial space. The energy efficiency and water saving solutions used are an important part of this investment. The hall has 40 lorry docks, a 12-metre-high warehouse interior and 72 parking spaces. In addition, the warehouse roof has been adapted for the installation of photovoltaic panels.<\/p>\n

The facility in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a occupies nearly 27,000 sq m of floor space and offers 26,500 sq m of warehouse space and 25,37 sq m of office space. City Logistics \u0141\u00f3d\u017a VI not only fulfils its main warehouse function, but also offers additional benefits for the environment and the local community. Over a hectare (10,000 sq m) of green space has been created as part of the project to enhance the aesthetics and ecological character of the complex.<\/p>\n

The development also provides other ecological solutions, including a specially designed habitat for insects. The implementation of this element included the creation of a strip of trunks and branches, known as dead wood, which is a natural and attractive habitat for many insect species. In this way, the initiative supports biodiversity by providing the necessary conditions for insects to live and reproduce.
