The largest building of this type in Poland has already been handed over for use to Raben Logistics Polska.<\/p>\n

The warehouse is located in Pozna\u0144, at 65 Obodrzycka Street. At the same time, it is close to the A2 motorway, from which it is 7 km away. The general contractor for the investment was Harden Construction.<\/p>\n

City Logistics Pozna\u0144 III has an area of nearly 44,000 sqm and is the largest facility of its kind in Poland serving the so-called last mile. The entire facility serves as a warehouse, production and service facility. The facility also includes a separate temperature and humidity controlled zone of 4,200 sqm.<\/p>\n

The building, for which Harden Construction was responsible, was constructed in less than seven months. City Logistics Pozna\u0144 III was constructed for Raben Logistics Polska. The facility is to be used primarily for the development of contract logistics and warehousing services, as well as the implementation of additional services such as co-packing or co-manufacturing.<\/p>\n

The warehouse has 41 loading ramps, and the facility itself has been equipped with VNA system trucks, as well as Li-Ion battery-powered trucks.
