The complex consists of two halls located on a plot of over 32 hectares.<\/p>\n

Hall A has an area of 61,000 sqm and will serve as a logistics and warehouse facility. The investment includes 219 parking spaces for cars. Among them are two spaces for people with disabilities and eight spaces allowing charging of electric cars. In addition, a bicycle shelter for 20 bicycle parking spaces and an additional 50 outdoor parking spaces were created. These are not the only eco-friendly solutions. It should also be mentioned that some of the profiles used in the steel structure of the roof come from low-emission steel products.<\/p>\n

The Hall A building has been built to an Excellent rating and is currently applying for a BREEAM certificate. As part of the construction of Hall A, 385 sq m of flower meadows were created and around 400 trees and shrubs were planted. In total, around 1,400 trees and shrubs were planted throughout the complex, 1,400 sqm of flower meadows, 4 insect houses, 10 bird nesting boxes and 3 bee hives were created.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, aspects of circular economy were also given great attention during the construction process. An example of some of the tasks undertaken is planning the construction in such a way as to reduce waste.
