The facility with an area of almost 82,000 sqm was built according to the built-to-suit formula, i.e. strictly to the client’s specifications. In addition to modern and environmentally friendly technological solutions, office space of an impressive 6,900 square metres was created. Ultimately, 3,200 people will find employment here. For environmental reasons, PVC materials were not used in the construction.
